The morale of the traditional proverb is to investigate a matter before jumping to hasty conclusion or unpleasant reaction”. However, in contemporary times, “fighting” in reaction is suggestive of sharpness and survival. Hence, for anyone to reach the apex of any achievement, such an individual should be ready to “fight”.
